Deputy Director
Remote Position
IllumiNative seeks a highly-skilled, passionate, and innovative Deputy Director (“DD”) with a track record of transformational leadership results to oversee our program portfolio and directors for two IllumiNative departments: 1) Narrative Power + Impact and 2) Research + Action. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Deputy Director will serve as a key partner to the Executive Director and the IllumiNative Program Department Heads and at times, will work closely with the executive leadership team (CEO, President, Vice President).

Finance Technician
Remote Position
The principal function of the Finance Technician position involves a range of responsibilities focused on accurate accounting, billing, and financial management tasks. From processing invoices and payments to reconciling financial accounts and preparing detailed reports, the Finance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Associate Director of Storytelling and Communications
Remote Position
The Associate Director of Storytelling and Communications will play a crucial role in supporting IllumiNative’s strategic communications and storytelling initiatives. This role involves collaborating closely with the Director of Communications and Storytelling to implement and manage communication projects across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia that support organizational initiatives and areas of focus.

Senior Director of Advancement
Remote Position
The Senior Director of Advancement at IllumiNative is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive foundation fundraising strategies. This position involves crafting and managing an annual plan for prospecting, cultivating, and stewarding foundation donors in partnership with the CEO and President’s offices. The Senior Director will lead grant proposals and report writing, conduct prospect research, and ensure accurate tracking of grant deadlines and materials.

Grant Writer
Remote Position
Reporting to the Sr. Advancement Director, the Grant Writer will be a key member of the Advancement team, responsible for researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals and reports in support of IllumiNative’s mission. This role will collaborate closely with the Advancement team and IllumiNative’s Program departments to develop compelling narratives and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and funders.
